This W201 190E, nicknamed the Yellow Taxi, has been documented through a progressive build at 187 Automotive. The account tracks the car from an early assembly phase through to near-completion, covering engine work, lighting upgrades, and wheel fitment.A 230K engine was sourced and fitted as part of the build, with the account capturing the engine bay coming together over several months. Custom center caps were produced by Gumpspeed to complement the three-piece dish wheels supplied by SRR Hardware.The car is built on a static setup, reflecting a stance-oriented approach rather than air suspension. New headlights and various ancillary engine components were also added in the later stages of the build.
