Changed the diff to 3.07 didnt really notice a difference from 3.27 but trialled BMW driveshafts and hubs and added the 19mm ARB and steel droplinks. Nicer ride all working well. Went to RetroRides ✅🍾. Rear vented discs next

Upgraded to the bigger 240mm clutch kit 3000970079 for our 8mm deep standard flywheels. Pressure plate looks stronger than the old one And the a6460300805 (LUK 415024210) Vito van 115cdi flywheel Works with standalone ecu 5speed if modified to remove centre bearing and open out and 6speed as standard with 108deg ref angle Should hold the power 😄. My old flywheel was ok but i noticed the standard one was a crazy price and hard to get so had to experiment so you guys dont have to! Thanks GSF parts for their help and price, £320 DMF. This is the IRP style shifter with shortened lower section to clear the propshaft The adaptor works with this and you can have the wingmirror button Or Coolerworx shifter out of the box as this shifter has 3 pivot positions, you just set it to the highest but need to remove the wingmirror button due to the cable configuration. Blew the old engine, new engine from Louis is running nice. Not 100% sure why cylinder3 piston melted as was 0 boost but lesson learnt running rich and tuning it back rather than hoping 🙈. Good to be back, still a few things to do. Rear wheels need a refurb but are 9J now 😁 #190E #M111

W124 Brakes added, cheapest method and bolt on with 300mm disc (had to shave the guard). With the 18” wheels it doesnt look much 😐 still a good upgrade

May have been a bit optimistic with the original radiator 😂 did have a cheap electric fan on it though 🙃. Bit better now. Moved the new inlet to the side as was welding on brackets anyway but you dont have to. The 190E mounts are cut and moved to the new position (wider pitch) PS get the fan control module a0185459932 if you do this.

185mm ASD. Phosphate washed, zinc primed and powdercoated subframe with strongflex poly bushes. That Knuckle rose joint was a total 🤬 to swap. The lower arm bushes were easy, heat up and they fly across the room on fire 🤣 #190E #differential
